In a shocking development a couple of weeks ago, Jawa Offworld Enterprises (JOE) ambushed a Son-Tuul Pride patrol in the Morobe sector, igniting what has come to be known as the “Sand and Blood Wars.” The attack targeted a Colossal-class Heavy Carrier housing 300 ships, marking a significant escalation in hostilities between the two factions.

Responding swiftly and effectively, several Son-Tuul Pride pilots were dispatched to the scene, successfully rescuing the ships and evacuating all personnel and gear from the Colossal. However, the carrier itself was lost. This led to a fierce confrontation, during which the Jawas destroyed a Raider-class and an MC-30 corvette, along with 47 fighters from the Pride. In retaliation, 36 Jawa bombers were also destroyed.

Following their surprise attack, the Jawas enforced an occupation of the sector, destroying several civilian ships owned by independent pilots, claiming they were military targets. The Jawas now maintain a fierce blockade, allegedly aiming to scrap ships.

The Son-Tuul Pride, along with their allied clans—the Guavian Death Gang, Knights of Ren, Assassin’s Guild, and Black Nebula Corsairs—regrouped and launched a massive offensive to break the Jawa blockade. Working alongside the Crymorah Syndicate, the Pride’s offensive resulted in heavy losses for both sides, with 85 Jawa fighters and 72 ships from the Pride and their allies destroyed.

In the aftermath of this raid, the Son-Tuul Pride began conducting hit-and-run attacks to weaken the Jawa presence. These incursions have successfully destroyed several JOE fighters without incurring any casualties. During one such attack, Jawa patrols inspecting shipwrecks, believed to be intended for scrapping, were ambushed and forced to retreat. The total toll now stands at 144 destroyed Jawa ships and 124 destroyed Son-Tuul Pride ships.

Recent discoveries by the Jawa Report Alert Systems (JWAS) indicate that the Jawas have no plans to leave the sector anytime soon. Several Jawa stations, along with others under construction, have been identified.

In a bold statement reflecting the unity and defiance of the Shadow Dominion, Khagan Bork Shalas declared, “Under the Shadow Dominion, we, like Crime Lord Ximaro Jix who leads it, declare war on civilization.” This powerful proclamation underscores the close ties between the Shadow Dominion groups and their collective resistance against the forces of galactic law and order.

In response to the ongoing conflict, Khagan Bork Shalas also announced the creation of a new Morobe Dead Zone, stating: “The local authority One Nation Under Jou has been incapable of securing the sector, which we celebrate and encourage. However, the Jawa presence here demonstrates that the galaxy continues to eradicate those who choose to live outside the law and impersonal mechanisms. Therefore, I declare this the second Dead Zone of Morobe. This means that the Son-Tuul Pride will fight tirelessly to ensure this sector becomes a haven for the lawless. There will be a wealth of opportunities here, and it’s your call if you will take them.”

As the conflict continues, the Son-Tuul Pride remains resolute in its mission to establish the Morobe Dead Zone as a sanctuary for those who reject the constraints of galactic law.
