Two armored guards stand at attention, their modified trooper armor gleaming with golden accents, flanking the central podium. Behind them, the banners of the signatory clans hang in a semicircle. At the center, a new symbol is being unveiled. Representatives from each signatory clan stand together. The Khagan steps forward, flanked by the leaders of the major clans.

The dawn of the Son-Tuul revolution transformed into an Eternal Empire

“People of the clans. Citizens across the galaxy. Observers.

For generations, we have called ourselves bandits. Pirates. Outlaws. These were our proud titles that we no longer see as badges of honor. But among ourselves, we have always known what we truly are: families who survived when empires tried to erase us. Clans who endured when the great powers used the galaxy as their battlefield. A united people.

Today, we gather not as separate clans bound by necessity, but as signatories to a common future.

The Son-Tuul Pride was our revolution. It was the cry of a people who would not be crushed, the banner under which we gathered when the galaxy told us we had no right to exist. We fought. We raided. We survived. And now that revolution solidifies into something greater.

The era of Son-Tuul Pride has come to an end. In its place, we establish the Eternal Empire. The Sable Accords signed today represent the covenant between the clans to set aside the old ways and build something new. Each clan gathered here has committed, by their own will and for their own reasons, to transform from pirates into something our ancestors could only dream of: a legitimate power, self-determined to thrive as a nation of true freedom. Our chains are broken. Our fire is eternal.

We have accumulated enough resources from our years to make this vision a reality. The wealth we gathered in the shadows now becomes the foundation of something lasting. What was taken in raids now builds cities, fleets, and a future for our children.

The consolidation of Son-Tuul Hordes into the Legions of the Eternal Empire

The Empire is a coalition of sovereign clans who have agreed to common principles under the Sable Accords. We pledge to one another mutual defense. We pledge to our people stability and prosperity. We pledge to the galaxy that we will conduct ourselves as a nation, not as outlaws.

To Dread, Nihil, Zann, and our former allies Eyttyrmin Batiiv who have chosen to continue their way of life in piracy, we wish you the best. Our paths diverge, but we honor the bond of those who once sailed together. We move away from that life toward a greater future.

We honor the strength that brought us here. The skills that kept us alive become skills that build instead of take. The families who trusted us with their survival will find in the Empire a government for its people. Our fleets will protect our borders and trade routes. Our legions will march under laws we have written together.

Our government shall represent order. We do not seek permission to exist from those who have spent generations trying to erase us. We make this change aware of distrust and skepticism.

So now we declare that the Eternal Empire is fully autonomous from the Zann Consortium and we no longer represent the Shadow Dominion and will work to distance ourselves. We honor our history with them and remain supportive of their journey, but our path forward is our own, forged by the clans who have chosen this new direction.

The Eternal Empire will seek diplomatic relations with all powers willing to hear about our new path. We will extend our hand to former adversaries willing to meet for open communication.

The Empire announces a general cessation of hostilities. The wars we have imposed end today. We will not strike first. We will not return to the old patterns. But we will defend our nation should we be attacked. Do not mistake sovereignty for weakness. If you strike us, we will hit you twice as hard.

The following clans have formally affixed their marks to the Sable Accords, committing to the transformation from piracy to sovereign governance under the Eternal Empire.

Representatives from each clan gathered alongside the Eternal Emperor to witness the signing. The Sable Accords are now open for additional clans who wish to join the covenant.
