A New Way Forward for Freedom.

November 14, 2025

On year 26 day 322, Supreme Commander Jonas Kanuteau uncovered a plot and took immediate action. The plot consisted of several Faction Advisory Panel members of the Rebel Alliance violating the law. After ensuring the safety of the Rebel Alliance citizens, an investigation was performed by the former Director of Intelligence and a shocking conclusion was made.

Charges were filed on Coren Rinou for the following alleged crimes: 5.4. TREASON 5.11 MEMBERSHIP OF SUBVERSIVE ORGANIZATION 4.4. GRAND THEFT; PETTY THEFT 5.7. HINDERING PROSECUTION 5.14. OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT 5.15. CORRUPTION 5.1. FAILURE TO FOLLOW REBEL ALLIANCE REGULATIONS

Charges were filed on Orion Chran for the following alleged crimes: 5.4. TREASON 5.11 MEMBERSHIP OF SUBVERSIVE ORGANIZATION 5.7. HINDERING PROSECUTION 5.14. OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT 5.15. CORRUPTION 5.1. FAILURE TO FOLLOW REBEL ALLIANCE REGULATIONS

Currently the former Supreme commander and Deputy Supreme Commander are utilizing all of their influence to hold the Rebel Alliance in limbo in stalled Advisory panel votes. This has created some uncertainty for the Rebel Alliance moving forward, while they openly defy laws they helped write and pass. We asked the Supreme Commander for a quick comment on his opinion.

However, the way the law is written, even if acquitted of all charges, they both have unanimously been voted out of the faction advisory panel by the RAC. Their insistence to stay is the action of a desperate person who knows they’ve been caught.

This will be a trying time for the Rebel Alliance and all of those who believe in freedom. Tyranny is not exclusive to the Empire itself, it can be found in any corner where darkness sets.  ”

Having acknowledged the issues within his own government, the Supreme Commander immediately started working on temporary legislation that would allow the common sentient to defend their rights and freedoms against all tyrants.

Duration Period – Until Y26 D365

Preamble

The Rebel Alliance stands firm against tyranny in all its forms, regardless of the banner it flies. Every sentient being possesses the inalienable freedoms of speech, worship, life, and essential liberty, without distinction of species, race, gender, creed, or influence. To ensure that all sentients may safeguard these fundamental rights, the Rebel Alliance will authorize a trial period—lasting through the remainder of Year 26—during which military intellectual property shall be temporarily unrestricted.

Article One – Policy Overview

1.1. Any sentient may purchase Rebel Alliance Datacards for personal defense, irrespective of political or organizational affiliation, except those listed under clause 1.2.

1.2. Individuals with active warrants or pending charges issued by the Rebel Alliance Intelligence Department are prohibited from purchasing Datacards.

1.2.1. High-ranking officials within factions of the Imperial Union or the Zann Consortium are likewise excluded.

Article Two – Pricing

2.1. All items will carry fixed prices to prevent oversaturation in the galactic market.

2.2. All generic Datacards from the Rebel Alliance, Incom, and Industrial Automaton are priced at 250,000 credits.

2.3. All unique Datacards from the same manufacturers are priced at 1,000,000 credits. The BFF-Bulk remains free of charge.

2.4.1. Restricted items: 500,000 credits per Datacard.

2.4.2. Restricted vehicles: 5,000,000 credits per Datacard.

2.4.3. T-65 X-Wing: 10,000,000 credits.

2.4.4. RZ-1 A-Wing Interceptor: 15,000,000 credits.

2.4.5. B-Wing: 15,000,000 credits.

2.4.6. MC60: 150,000,000 credits.

2.4.7. MC80A: 450,000,000 credits.

2.4.8. MC80B: 750,000,000 credits.

2.5. Due to the exceptional nature of this directive, limits will apply to the quantity of Datacards that may be purchased.

2.6. Standard and bulk discounts are suspended for the duration of this flash program.

2.7. Discounts or technology agreements established prior to this directive will be reviewed and assigned in the coming year. Technology acquired by allies or citizens under this program will not count toward allied totals or any loyalty program metrics.

Article Three – Ordering Procedure

3.1. All acquisition requests for Datacards under this Directive shall be formally submitted to the High Ambassador of the Rebel Diplomacy Command. The request must contain:

3.1.1. the applicant’s full identification and affiliation;

3.1.2. a complete list of Datacards sought, including type and quantity;

3.1.3. the designated ID codes for assignment; and

3.1.4. confirmation of eligibility under clauses 1.1–1.2.

3.2. Upon receipt, the Rebel Diplomacy Command shall conduct a preliminary administrative review to verify eligibility, completeness, and compliance with this Directive. Only fully compliant requests will advance to Council consideration.

3.3. All requests deemed complete shall be forwarded to the High Ambassador or Executive Ambassador(s) of the Rebel Alliance Council for formal evaluation. No payment, processing, or assignment of Datacards may occur without explicit approval by majority vote or by such procedure as the Council may establish for Year 26 emergency authorizations. The Council’s determination shall be final for the purposes of this program.

3.4. Following Council approval, the Rebel Diplomacy Command shall issue an official Payment Authorization Notice to the applicant. The applicant must then:

3.4.1. transfer the exact credit amount to the Rebel Alliance faction account, as specified in the notice;

3.4.2. attach proof of payment—transaction record, receipt, or equivalent—to the request file in the appropriate request location; and

3.4.3. ensure the remittance is clearly labeled with the applicant’s name and the authorization number for audit purposes.

3.5. After the Rebel Diplomatic Council verifies the payment, the applicant must send a message (via Darkness) to Supreme Commander Jonas Kanuteau, providing:

3.5.1. the Council-approved list of Datacards; and

3.5.2. the ID codes for assignment.

3.6. Datacards will be assigned within 48 (forty-eight) hours after both Diplomacy verification and receipt of the Darkness message. Any deviation, omission, or failure to comply with clauses 3.1–3.5 may result in administrative delay or cancellation of the request.

3.6.1. Upon cancellation the credits will be reimbursed immediately and a new request will be needed.

Article Four – Duration of the Armament Protection Directive

4.1. This Directive shall remain in force from its date of issuance until the conclusion of Year 26, after which all provisions herein shall automatically expire.

4.2. Upon expiration, all approvals, authorizations, and transactions executed pursuant to this Directive shall remain valid; however, no new requests, payments, or Datacard assignments may be initiated under its authority.

4.3. The Rebel Diplomacy Command shall deliver a comprehensive report to the Rebel Alliance Council within 15 (fifteen) standard days following the Act’s expiration, detailing:

4.3.1. the number of requests filed, approved, and rejected;

4.3.2. the volume and classification of Datacards issued;

4.3.3.any identified irregularities or compliance matters; and

4.3.4. recommendations regarding potential renewal or permanent adoption.

4.4. The Council retains full discretion to terminate this Directive earlier than the stated expiration date should circumstances of security, diplomacy, or public safety so require.
